The FBI along with the Pierre Police Department and the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services are offering a reward for information in the 2019 death of two people.
Carmen Charger, 39, and Delmas Traversie, Jr., 63, were killed at House 717 in Eagle Butte during a snowstorm between March 13 and March 15, according to an FBI press release. They were both enrolled members of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Reservation.
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information that will lead to an arrest or conviction in this case.
Anyone with information related to their deaths or related to the presence of individual’s frequenting House 717 around the time of the snowstorm are asked to contact the FBI at (763) 569-8000.
